Constructs a responder used for sending events from the Submitted state.

Parameters:

trade - The trade this responder should respond for. behave like ExecutedResponder.

sendSubmitAck

Sends an SubmitAck event. Note that there are no required fields for an SubmitAck event, so if you don't have any custom fields to send, the usage will be:

 responder.sendSubmitAck(new RFSSubmitAckEvent());
