Creates record fields to be published to the blotter. The fields are additional fields that are not already contained in the standard set of fields send to the blotter.

Parameters:

dealRecord - - DealRecord - provides method getCDealRecord to get CDealRecord object received from Reuters.

type - - DealRecordType - the type of deal e.g insert, update or withdrawn

Returns:

a map of record fields
