A forward quote intended to be used as one of the legs on a swap trade.

To create a SwapFwdQuote use the SwapFwdQuoteBuilder by calling SwapFwdQuoteBuilder.createNearLegBuilder() or SwapFwdQuoteBuilder.createFarLegBuilder().
