Description
The column reordering decorator allows columns to be reordered by dragging a column header to the
left or right of its existing position.
Note that the name of this decorator tag assumes that a decorator mapping is defined with
id "columnReorderingDecorator" and className "caplin.grid.decorator.ColumnReorderingDecorator".
The decorator tag name and decorator mapping id value must be prefixed with the namespace
required by the bladerunner architecture.
