Description
The hover decorator changes the appearance of a row when the end user hovers over the row with their mouse.
The styling that is applied by the hover decorator is defined in CSS (not discussed in this document).
Note that the name of this decorator tag assumes that a decorator mapping is defined with
id "hoverDecorator" and className "caplin.grid.decorator.HoverDecorator".
The decorator tag name and decorator mapping id value must be prefixed with the namespace
required by the bladerunner architecture.
