Description
The drag decorator allows instruments to be dragged out of the grid.
Note that the name of this decorator tag assumes that a decorator mapping is defined with
id "dragDecorator" and className "caplin.grid.decorator.DragDecorator".
The decorator tag name and decorator mapping id value must be prefixed with the namespace
required by the bladerunner architecture.
