Description
The reset columns decorator places a button at the right hand side of the rightmost column
header. When this button is clicked, every column filter currently applied to the grid is removed.
Note that the name of this decorator tag assumes that a decorator mapping is defined with
id "resetColumnsDecorator" and className "caplin.grid.decorator.ResetColumnsDecorator".
The decorator tag name and decorator mapping id value must be prefixed with the namespace
required by the bladerunner architecture.
