Description
The column resizing decorator allows the width of a column to be changed by dragging the
right-hand edge of the column header.
Note that the name of this decorator tag assumes that a decorator mapping is defined with
id "columnResizingDecorator" and className "caplin.grid.decorator.ColumnResizingDecorator".
The decorator tag name and decorator mapping id value must be prefixed with the namespace
required by the bladerunner architecture.
