Migrating to Discovery Licensing

The instructions on this page describe how to migrate Liberator and Transformer from licence files to Discovery licensing.

Requirements

The instructions on this page assume that you have already completed the first four stages in the migration path below:

Migrating Liberator to Discovery licensing

Deployment Framework managed configuration

Follow the steps below:

  1. Remove the licence file license-rttpd.conf from the Deployment Framework’s global_config/licenses directory.

Manual configuration

Follow the steps below:

  1. Remove the licence file license-rttpd.conf from liberator’s etc/ directory.

Migrating Transformer to Discovery licensing

  1. Remove the licence file license-transformer.conf from the Deployment Framework’s global_config/licenses directory.

  1. Remove the licence file license-transformer.conf from Transformer’s etc/ directory.
