Do not set upa-priority-groups if you have configured a connection to an RTO (Refinitiv Real-time Optimized) endpoint.

A space-separated list of groups that must be available for the adapter’s status to be UP. If any of the listed groups are unavailable, the adapter disconnects from any connected peers and sets its status to DOWN.
For example, to configure Market data (1) as a priority group, use the following configuration:

The most important Refinitiv service that DataSource uses. If this service is not available on startup the TREP Adapter will not allow peer connections. If this service goes down TREP Adapter disconnects from all its peers, thus enabling failover DataSources to provide the data.
