Connect to an IPv6 host

From version 7, StreamLink supports IPv6 addresses in URLs for Liberator, KeyMaster, and KeyMaster polling hosts.

Specifying an IPv6 address in a URL

To specify the host component of a URL as an IPv6 address, use the square-bracket notation described in RFC-2732.

For example, to connect to a Liberator at port 8080 on host 2001:db8:0:0:0:0:0:1, use the URL below:
