Use this configuration to send records to DataSource peers when TREP Adapter starts up (and before the peers have requested them).

Options
Option	Type	Description
`name`	String	The name of the record to send
`bcast`	Boolean	Indicates the record should be sent to all connected DataSource peers. This is used when TREP Adapter is not being used as an active source.
`request`	Boolean	Indicates the record must be requested from Refinitiv (not necessary if `bcast` is set).
`peer-label`	String array	Space-separated list of DataSource peer labels to send the record to. Use the peer label to represent each peer

Auto-enabled peer outputs.
